Took my truck in for it's 100,000 miles service's and upon inspection they found some front end parts very worn out. I thought it was just me. But even in this extreme heat everyone was polite and helpful and got the job done quickly. And Shannon made the pain of the bill a little less painful. And I love the new oil change punch card. It's the professionalism and courtesy that keeps me going back.

Carson Service Center is the best shop in town in my opinion. They are honest and trustworthy. I recommend going to their shop for any repairs you may need or visit their dealership if your looking for a new used vehicle.

I had my car break down in Carson city during a cross country road trip, and I needed to get back on the road quick to catch a flight. My car was driving fine until the check engine light started blinking for a few seconds as I pulled into the city. Everybody should know that a check engine light means a severe misfire, and it’s a case to get your car towed to a repair shop. As I am on a tight schedule, I didn’t have time for an appointment to open up, so I had to do whatever repairs were required myself. I called all of the mechanics in the area and I was told the same story— no available appointments for the foreseeable future. However, the folks at Carson city servicenter went the extra mile even with their schedule being full. They told me to come in, hooked me up to their more sophisticated OBD reader, and ran a few tests to find out the issue with my vehicle. I feel so much safer knowing that there were no severe issues with the vehicle, and I am setting off to finish my trip today. Their generosity helped me complete a trip I’ve been dreaming of my whole life. Thank you to the amazing people at this place that helped me continue my journey across the country!
